Appointment Reservations
The best way to reserve an appointment is through our online booking system. A credit card is required to secure all appointments. You do not have to use this card for final payment unless you would like to.
Waiting list:
You can add yourself to any of our waitlists on Vagaro by clicking “book appointment.” Select the days that you want to be in contact about & you will automatically be notified by Vagaro if that time opens up.
Method of payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, Apple Pay, or Visa or MasterCard Debit Cards. Please no personal checks or cash.
Cancellation Policy
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to our clients, we do ask for 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit. Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of 50% per hour booked cancellation fee does apply and will be charged to the card on file.
All appointments *not* canceled at least one hour before your appointment and/or being more than 15 minutes late is considered a no-call no-show. In the event of a no-call no-show, the guest is responsible for 100% of the booked service total, and the credit card provided will be charged on the business day your appointment was scheduled on. Complimentary consultations will be charged a flat $30 fee for a no-call no-show.
Service Adjustments
We strive to offer our clients the highest level of satisfaction. If you would like an adjustment to your service, you have 7 days to do so with the same stylist and additional service charges may apply. If you choose to see a different stylist, treat your hair yourself, or visit another stylist or salon, or if it is after 7 days from the initial service, full service charges will apply for an adjustment. Please note that we do not offer complimentary services as a result of a change of mind or direction with haircut or color. All service sales are final.
Session Pricing
Our team charges session rates based on their education, experience, specialties, skill, and demand.
Rates are all-inclusive, gratuity free, with a one-hour minimum.
All services are personalized to your desired outcome, but we highly recommend scheduling a consultation beforehand if you are making a big change.
Please note: Not all stylists perform all services.
Gratuities
Ceremony is a gratuity-free salon.
Retail/Products All sales are final, with no returns or exchanges.
Color Lines We Use We use Wella as our primary color line along with Whittemore House, Redken Shades EQ and Pulp Riot.
Please note: Masks are optional at Ceremony. If you would like your stylists to wear one during your appointment just let us know and we will be happy to mask up! We promise to never come to work sick.
